Leadership Announcement: Jean-Philippe Bourque Appointed Vice President of the Snow Group

We are pleased to announce that Jean-Philippe (JP) Bourque has been promoted to the role of Vice President of the Snow Group as of May 2025. He succeeds Daniel Beaudoin, who retired in April after a long and successful career at Alamo Group.

In this new capacity, JP will assume full responsibility for a portfolio of brands within our Snow Group. He will lead all functional areas—including sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, quality, safety, and finance—with a clear mandate to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. His leadership will be instrumental in executing our vision through enhanced customer satisfaction, innovation, talent development, and operational performance.

JP brings nearly 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the snow and ice industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for the Snow and Ice Team, where he successfully led cross-functional teams across North America, launched strategic growth initiatives, and aligned engineering and commercial functions to deliver measurable performance gains. Prior to that, he held a series of increasingly senior roles at Tenco, including Plant Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where he demonstrated strong operational leadership and a deep understanding of customer-driven innovation.

His educational background includes a Mini MBA from McGill University. JP combines strategic insight with a hands-on leadership style and a collaborative approach to team development. He brings not only deep industry knowledge but also the adaptability and business acumen needed to lead transformational growth within our Snow Group.

Please join us in congratulating JP on this well-earned promotion. We are excited about the impact he will continue to make in this expanded leadership role.
