Introducing Pierre Foster – Our New Ontario Territory Manager for Truck Equipment

We’re pleased to announce that Pierre Foster has officially joined the Alamo Group Snow & Ice team as Truck Equipment Territory Manager for Ontario, reporting to Frédéric Porlier.

Pierre will focus primarily on supporting municipalities across the province with our full range of turnkey snow and ice solutions. His mission: to deepen relationships with current and future clients, and to help expand the reach of the Alamo Snow & Ice brands in the region.

Pierre brings a diverse blend of experience in sales, strategic development, and winter maintenance innovation. He entered the snow and ice industry in 2020, joining Lou Dennis Equipment to support their snow division in Vaughan, Ontario. There, he quickly expanded coverage from Eastern Ontario into the GTA, Southwestern Ontario, and even Quebec.

With a forward-thinking mindset, Pierre became an early advocate for liquid anti-icing solutions, helping contractors and municipalities understand the value of modern winter maintenance technology. He co-facilitated training sessions and seminars promoting salt reduction, safety improvements, and return on investment. His efforts resulted in significant traction in the commercial market and helped clients adopt more sustainable and data-driven snow operations.

Pierre’s passion for innovation, safety, and environmental performance aligns perfectly with our goals at Alamo Group Snow & Ice. We’re confident he’ll make a lasting impact in the Ontario market.
